The Indian Shark and Ray Network (ISRN) was founded by a small group of individuals engaged in the biological, social, and ecological aspects of shark and ray conservation. Recognizing the absence of a dedicated platform in this field, the network aims to connect individuals, organizations, and institutions to promote collaboration and build a unified, impactful conservation community.

Currently, the network is managed by a working group that includes Alissa Barnes  (WCS-India) and Evan Nazereth (NCF). The ISRN is in its early stages, and we welcome anyone interested in contributing to the working group. Please contact us if you'd like to get involved.
